Hong Kong’ s Chief Executive Carrie Lam highlighted in the policy address that the HKSAR Government will actively participate in taking forward the development of the Bay Area to create favourable conditions for diversifying our industries, assist Hong Kong people and enterprises to discover new opportunities, enabling us to capitalise on the unique advantages of Hong Kong in the Bay Area.
