May 14, 2018 Victoria Dockside Phase One opens New World Development launches the first phase opening of its Victoria Dockside, in Tsim Sha Tsui recently. The approximately US$2.6 billion, 3-million-sq-ft art and design district will be fully completed in the second half of 2019.
The district will feature a Rosewood Hotel, Rosewood Residences, art and design facilities as well as Grade-A office space named K11 Atelier opened in October 2017. It is expected that the development when fully completed will enliven the entire harbourfront area, including a regeneration of the Avenue of Stars and the addition of a public green space, Salisbury Garden, both situated along the harbourfront.
