LWK won 11 awards at PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards 2018

Six of LWK projects have won 11 awards at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards 2018. The Award Ceremony was held on November 9 at the Athenee Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand.
Located in Kai Tak, Hong Kong, One Kai Tak was named Winner of Best Condo Interior Design and Highly Recommended for Best Condo Architectural Design in the Hong Kong & Macau region, as well as Grand Finalist for Best Condo Interior Design (Asia). 2GETHER and SAVANNAH, located in Tuen Mun and Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong respectively, were both Highly Recommended for Best Condo Architectural Design in the Hong Kong & Macau region. Another residential project, Yuccie Square, which is located in Yuen Long, Hong Kong, was named Winner of Best Landscape Architectural Design in the Hong Kong & Macau region and Grand Finalist for Best Residential Landscape Architectural Design (Asia).

In mainland China, Olympic Vanke Centre, located in Hangzhou, China, was named Winner of Best Office Architectural Design in the China region, and Grand Finalist of Best Office Architectural Design (Asia). Landmark Riverside Park – Phase II: Danzishi Old Street, located in Chongqing, China, was named Winner of Best Retail Architectural Design in the China region, and Grand Finalist for Best Retail Architectural Design (Asia).
