Industry News <Search  <Archives  <eBulletin   Next>   January 22, 2025 Tung Chung site to be sold The Lands Department announced that a Tung Chung site in the 2024-25 Land Sale Programme will be sold by public tender from January 17.      Tung Chung Town Lot No. 55 at Area 106B, Tung Chung, is designated for private residential purposes.      It has a site area of about 10,648 sq m with a minimum gross floor area of 22,361 sq m and a maximum gross floor area of 37,268 sq m.
