Henderson Land has been actively involved in urban renewal projects for decades. The Gloucester and Mira Moon are two recently completed redevelopment projects in the heart of bustling Wan Chai district. Irrespective of site constraint, brand new design concepts are being implemented to make the best use of limited space to provide unprecedented living environment, or better known as 'Metropolitan City Living Lifestyle' to its inhabitants. The Gloucester and Mira Moon are truly 'city oasis' created for people demanding quality living abroad and long-stay visitors craving for unconventional hospitality in Hong Kong. Many of these new design concepts are being incorporated in "The H Collection" residential projects being developed by Henderson Land and successfully introduced to the local market recently.
     In a recent interview with Mr Kevin Ng, Deputy General Manager of Henderson Land Development Co Ltd, Project Management (2) Department, BUILDING JOURNAL reported on the inside story of the planning and design of The Gloucester and Mira Moon projects.
