HONG KONG <Search  <Archives   <eBulletin   June 15, 2016 2 residential sites to be sold A Tai Po residential site and a Yau Tong residential site in the 2016-17 Land Sale Programme will be sold by public tender, the Lands Department announced on June 10.      Tai Po Town Lot No. 230 on Tai Po Road, Tai Po Kau, is 27,735 sq m with minimum and maximum gross floor areas of 14,477 and 24,128 sq m.      Yau Tong Inland Lot No. 44 at the junction of Shung Shun Street and Yan Yue Wai is 10,530 square metres and designated for non-industrial purposes, excluding godown, hotel, office and petrol station. Its minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 31,590 and 52,650 sq m.      The tender invitation for it will open June 17 and close July 29.
