Sculpture Park Living at Mount Pavilia
Mount Pavilia is the latest flagship residential project developed by New World Development. The newly built project in Clearwater Bay is designed by the world acclaimed design team -- Minsuk Cho, the 14th Venice Architecture Biennale Golden Lion Award winner with award-winning children's facility design experts Carve studio from Amsterdam.
     Sculpture parks with their unique combination of artistry, contemporary philosophy and a humanistic approach have become a trend in the 80s with internationally renowned parks such as Yorkshire Sculpture Park, Chicago’s Millennium Park, and Japan’s Hakone Open Air Museum. 
     Mount Pavilia residence is tailored for families and aims to provide low-density living area to connect people, art and nature. It also offers environment to stimulate children’s imaginations and inspire their eight intelligences. Children's facility design experts Carve studio created a one-of-a-kind kid’s adventure area of over 17,000 sq ft, with an innovative playing environment. There are five different play areas which include both indoor and outdoor multi-intelligence play area to help kids develop both mentally, socially and physically. 
     Serving all residents and community members, the White Yard consists of a club house (the White Yard Club) and a retail block (the White Yard Gallery) and was designed by internationally renowned Korean architect Minsuk Cho. His use of glasses and white concrete plays with natural light and are assembled in different arrangements and combinations to create a strong visual appeal and sense of space.
     The 345,000 square feet clubhouse and landscape area adopts a wide range of green space and sustainable development concepts including organic farms, aquaponics and hydroponics. The project has been awarded "BEAM Plus green building certification" issued by the Hong Kong Green Building Council.
