Recently, Swire Properties unveiled plans of Tong Chong Residences (formerly known as Taikoo Place Apartments) for sale. The new residential project will be Swire Properties’ only residential development on the market in the Taikoo Place commercial hub.
     Located at 23 Tong Chong Street, Taikoo Place in Quarry Bay, the 28-storey residential building will offer 111 furnished units – studios, one- and two- bedroom apartments, and exceptional penthouses – ranging in saleable area from approximately 340 to 1,140 sq ft. Fully furnished, the interior design of these units was done by New York-based firm Richardson Sadeki.
     The building features a host of exclusive facilities, from a unique clubhouse comprising two luxurious spas and a modern gym, to a reading lounge and expansive outdoor terraces. The target sales launch of Tong Chong Residences is in 2018.
