A non-residential site of 3,765 sq m in Fanling will be sold
A Fanling site in the 2018-19 Land Sale Programme will be sold by public tender, the Lands Department announced recently. Fanling Sheung Shui Town Lot No.267 on On Chuen Street is designated for non-residential (excluding hotel, petrol station and residential care home) purposes. 
     The site area is 3,765 square metres, with minimum and maximum gross floor areas of 11,295 and 18,825 sq m. The tender invitation for the lot will open on June 22 and close on July 20. Final conditions of sale were uploaded to the department's website on June 22 and gazetted.
     The Buildings Department approved 13 building plans in April – four on Hong Kong Island, four in Kowloon and five in the New Territories. Eight were for apartment and apartment-commercial developments, four for commercial developments and one for a community services development.
     Consent was given for work to start on nine building projects that will provide 150,327 sq m of gross floor area for domestic use involving 2,031 units and 83,045 sq m of gross floor area for non-domestic use.
     The department issued 25 occupation permits – seven on Hong Kong Island, three in Kowloon and 15 in the New Territories. Buildings certified for occupation have 100,215 sq m of gross floor area for domestic use involving 1,204 units and 171,536 sq m for non-domestic use. The declared cost of new buildings completed in April was $12.8 billion.
