MTR invities EOI for Ho Man Tin project
MTR has invited developers to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) for the second phase of Ho Man Tin MTR Station project which will provide approximately 900 to 1,000 residential units. Situated atop the station, the proposed development is bounded by Chung Hau Street, Fat Kwong Street, Yan Fung Street and Chatham Road North and the project has a maximum residential gross floor area of 640,000 sq ft. Experts in the field estimate that the site is worth approximately HK$20 billion. According to plan, the project will complete in 2024. The deadline for submission is 2:00 pm on 17 September 2018.

On September 7, The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority (WKCDA) announced the appointment of Gammon Construction as the Management Contractor to oversee the completion of the M+ project. Construction works will soon be resumed with target completion by end of 2019. Major construction works of the M+ project include:
- M+ Building consists of a 14-storey vertical tower over a 3-storey podium and a 2-storey basement
- Conservation and Storage Facility which consists of a 9-storey tower with supporting basement shared with the M+ Building
- 2-storey interfacing carpark
- 16-storey Retail, Dining and Entertainment Building
