Tsuen Wan waterfront have been fully opened

The 2.3 km long cycle track together with a cycling entry and exit hub at the Tsuen Wan waterfront have been fully opened, the Civil Engineering & Development Department announced recently. Running from Tsuen Wan Riviera Park to Bayview Garden, the track forms part of the 82 km backbone of the New Territories cycle track network.

The public can now enjoy the panoramic view of the Rambler Channel and Tsing Yi along the Tsuen Wan waterfront section which passes Tsuen Wan Riviera Park, Tsuen Wan Park and Tsuen Wan Sports Centre.
Resting stations and cycle parking areas are provided en route, along with a cycling entry and exit hub that has a cycle practising area, toilets, a drinking fountain and sheltered benches.
The department added that it arranged bicycle ambassadors to provide assistance to the public in the early days after the cycle track is opened. It will also organise activities to promote cycling safety from time to time. Additionally, the Tsuen Wan waterfront section's route has been uploaded onto the HKeMobility mobile app.
